1. Product Scope

• Office Supplies: A4/A3 copy paper, printing paper, fax paper, cash register paper, sticky notes, letterheads, envelopes, labels, colored cardstock
• Presentation Tools: Whiteboards, dry-erase markers, erasers, projection screens, display stands, roll-up banners, poster holders
• Meeting Supplies: Meeting notebooks, sticky notes, markers, highlighters, voting devices, microphones, audio systems
• Presentation Accessories: PPT clickers, laser pointers, presentation remotes, data cables, adapters
• Basic Equipment: Shredders, binding machines, time attendance machines, money counters, telephones, fax machines, projectors, printers, scanners

2. Billing & Payment Terms

• Billing Type: All purchases are one-time sales (no recurring subscriptions). Full payment is due at checkout.
• Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your payment statement as: mossmarket.shop – Office Supplies.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and secure online payment platforms. Failed payments will delay order processing until full payment is confirmed.

3. Checkout Requirements

• Provide accurate shipping/billing information (we are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect details—critical for time-sensitive office equipment).
• Check the mandatory checkbox confirming:

  “I have read, understood, and agree to Moss Market LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasons like back-to-office or year-end).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
  • Products are out of stock (you will be notified via email and issued a full refund).
  • Payment is fraudulent or unconfirmed.
• Fragile items (e.g., whiteboards, display stands, projectors) are packed with industrial-grade protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

5. User Responsibilities

• Product Use: Products are intended for commercial/office use. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions (e.g., overloading a shredder, using non-compatible ink in printers).
• Inspection: Inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt. Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong model scanner, broken PPT clicker) within 48 hours of delivery via email (vuyyuru@mossmarket.shop).
• Equipment Maintenance: Follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment care (we are not liable for damage due to lack of maintenance or unauthorized repairs).

• Property damage or injury caused by improper Product use, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Third-party shipping delays, damage, or loss (contact the carrier directly for claims, especially for fragile equipment).
• Loss of data or business interruption due to equipment malfunction (always back up data before using new devices like printers or scanners).
• Normal wear and tear of products from regular office use.
