Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Clearance/sale items marked as “final sale” (e.g., discounted overstocked office supplies)
To Complete Your Return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process returns. Do not send your office products back to the manufacturer—use the return address listed below.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these specific cases:
- Unused office items returned without original packaging (undamaged; 10% restocking fee applied)
- Items returned 15–30 days after delivery (unused, in original packaging; 15% restocking fee applied)

Refunds

Sale Items
